The Library is a large, well appointed, flexible building where usage varies according to the needs of the School.

The book collection includes over 3,500 fiction and 4000 non-fiction books as well as reference and picture books. There are also graphic novels, magazines, DVDs and Board games. Our P & C supported Manga collection numbers over 500 books.

Accessit Library software allows for online research opportunities that students can use throughout the school and from home.

The Library is open from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday.  In Addition to hosting classes, the room is open before school, during breaks and after school. Student activities include study, chess, cards, jigsaws and reading. Computer access is for school work and educational games. During recess and lunch breaks a teacher is on duty so students can get help with school work, study and assignments.

Students are welcome to eat, drink and gather in the Library courtyard garden.

The Library offers the comfort and security of two Egg Chairs. They were purchased with a school innovation grant and are visually interesting, acoustically amazing and extremely popular with the students.

We not only aim to promote research and reading but also provide a quiet break from the busy schoolyard. Supportive relationships develop between students and staff and friendships form across student age groups.
